"Found this place by chance. I had just been to a pet cemetery and was in need of a cup of tea and a place to just sit. Sadly it was near closing time. So we didn't get to have any of the delicious looking food. However the lovely lady working that day kindly let us buy a slice of cake and a pot of tea. We sat outside on the large veranda. The views are outstanding. The cafe itself is lovely and clean. With decent toilets. There's am outside area with a benches and a play area for children. The most beautiful wildflower meadow. With a path cut into it so you can actually walk around. There's an option to pick the flowers with a QR code on a board so you can give a donation of your choice to the air ambulance. Altogether a gorgeous place."

Unfortunately our brunch was ruined by wasps. We chose to sit outside and it was a very difficult experience. Some food wasn't eaten because of being totally surrounded by them.

Our quest for the best cream tea took us to the Valley View. We were not disappointed they were delicious! Be warned it comes with 2 massive scones with tasty jam thick clotted cream. Location was wonderful as we had a view looking over the valley. Definitely worth the trip there.

We had a large breakfast each and, my word, it is large! Delicious quality produce cooked perfectly, all served with a steaming hot coffee. Beautiful cafe interior, warm welcome and friendly , tentative staff. Only downfall, and I know the staff cant help it, the wasps, be prepared to swipe at em!!!
