An absolutely stunning couple of days, thank you. We ate, drank, swam, had massages and just a fantastic break. The food wqs incredible, and everyone is so friendly. Ryan Gotts is worth a special mention. An absolute credit to Barnham Broom

My Wife and I booked a 1-30 sitting for the Christmas Lunch . We were welcomed with a friendly greeting and enjoyed a pleasant pre lunch drink at the bar.. The food was good but the staff made the big difference with their friendly and relaxed attitude making the experience extremely enjoyable . Thanks to all involved.

Service was very good and attentive. Food was ok but got the impression it was designed to cater for large numbers. When we were there they had a wedding and anniversary party on the go as well as a couple of large groups of golfers. Could get a bit noisy. Almost like they need a separate area for couples/small parties.

The service was exceptional from the moment we walked in and shown to our table that the waiter had chosen for us which was a lovely booth tucked away in a quaint corner of the restaurant the atmosphere was lovely and even though it was a busy evening you could still hear yourself speak. Then the food arrived and it was amazing along with the wine and our waitress was a joy and was very friendly and joined in with the banter which was very pleasant. Would recommend to anyone

Such a lovely place. So so easy to book by telephoning the Hotel’s Main Reception. We were made to feel welcome by the front of house staff from the off, even accommodating our request to sit near the window. The food was exceptional, mains were beautifully presented and just the right amount served. Perfect in every way! Desserts were the same. All praise to the lady chef!! Julie must get a HUGE mention, she was exceptional in the service she gave to us on both evenings we ate there, really friendly, taking the time to chat about the area and championing The Brasserie. Well done, we will be back

We came for afternoon tea the lady who was waiting on us was also behind the bar … she was called Lilly . She was grumpy …. Unhelpful and not very accommodating. We received our hot drinks only because we asked again for them …. (The food was lovely)…. On finishing our food we decided to head outside for a while … we came back in and waited by the bar to pay … the same lady took our money … didn’t ask if we enjoyed ourselves … would we come back nothing … on walking to the exit another member of staff stopped us … while she was holding someone else’s dinner and said have you paid … do you have a bill to pay?? I said excuse me but do we look like we would walk out and not pay?? That is not so...

I decided to surprise my daughter and take her for a deluxe spa break . We couldn’t fault the afternoon tea and massages at the spa these were brilliant . We were very excited about our evening meal but left feeling very deflated . On arrival no staff told us what we could have with our package, we received the wrong drinks menu. After around 20 minutes someone finally came over and asked if we wanted a drink. We ordered and asked for tap water too . One of the drinks arrived but the water and other one never did so we had to find a young bar man who was rushing about and ask him . He was lovely and went and got them for us .
