"Booked on Open Table but when we arrived they weren’t expecting us. Luckily a table had just become available. We got menus and our order was taken in a reasonable time. We then waited a long time for drinks, and when the water for the...table came, we asked for 2 more glasses which didn’t arrive. We asked another waitress as she passed, but again no glasses. We waited a long time for the food. It arrived but we were a burger short. To be fair this was rectified quite quickly. The food itself was nice. I eventually went to the counter to get 2 water glasses myself. After our meal we asked for the bill but again after a wait, no bill arrived. I paid at the counter but on checking the receipt, we had been charged €2.50 for a drink we never ordered. We just left and won’t return. There were plenty staff working, so I can’t justify the very poor service."

The people were very nice and accommodating, friendly. The food was very tasty (can recommend the turkey pulled burger). This place is really small, better for a quick bite/lunch, wouldn't come here for dinner.

I visited Upper Burger Grill for dinner, and I had a Dirty Harry burger. Food was OK, and so was service. Prices were moderate. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning, and this was hard, on a hot summer night.

The food was just fine, we expected more from the reviews. The main issue was that everything was dripping in sauce, we ordered the truffle fries and there was more truffle mayo than fries. We ended up scraping the sauce off the fries to eat...them. Voir le carte

Nice and small restaurant with friendly staff and great food! Lots of options, even for vegetarians. The milkshakes are very big, but also pretty damn good. Would recommend making a reservation beforehand because when we arrived it was very crowded.

Nice burgers for a good price! Tasty and freshly made, also non-beef options possible. Lot of choice in fries, side dishes and dips. Reservation is recommended and easy to do online. If you still have room for dessert, I saw they have also giant milkshakes!
