We went there last weekend with my family food was nice and delicious but the service0 we ask many times our drinks the Turkish waiter he was very rude to us He could not even answer us put one worker who can speak English

The prices are a bit high for what you get. I paid £8 for four grilled wings and £20 for a salmon and rice/salad main dish. While the food was decent, it didn’t stand out in quality considering the cost. The prices seem inflated, likely due to the location in Shirley. The food was fantastic! The only downside was the price. The service was good however they forgot to bring my soft drink for 40 minutes bearing in mind I was the only person in the party of 15 to have one and everyone else had their drinks. Visiting Solihull from London and wanted a nice Turkish restaurant to celebrate my birthday weekend. Great food, great service all round and they recommended spots to visit which was great. Highly recommended. Oh and the chilli was awesome. Good size portions too. Shifa is so lovely and arranged surprise at the end for me, which I enjoyed. Lovely ice cream an Turkish sweet.
