This is a fantastic venue with very friendly staff and a great atmosphere. I really enjoy the live music on early Sunday evenings. I highly recommend this place!

I would not recommend this restaurant. The restrooms were very dirty, and the tables were quite sticky. Moreover, I suspect that the owner is dishonest and steals money. Voir le carte

Visited this branch after a good experience in Shirley. Meal started very well, amazing chicken wings and good sauces and bread. My wife’s chicken breast was not cooked properly. We complaint to a server and she did not do anything about. Did not inform the chef or the manager. We asked for the bill and mention again about the issue with the chicken to the person en charge but did not seem to be very worried about. Will not come back again here. Turknazz Sutton Coldfield is hands down one of the best Turkish restaurants I've ever visited. The food, service, and atmosphere are truly outstanding. It’s so impressive that I’ve taken my entire family for lunch there numerous times, and they've all loved it, especially my father-in-law, who is quite hard to please! I also recommended the restaurant to my colleagues and manager for our Christmas dinner in 2024, and once again, we couldn’t have asked for better food, service, and ambiance.
