"I was having dinner on the holy Saturday and beyond good food I was fascinated by the professionalism of one of the waiters. I have a lot of attention to the details I observed that even if I had gone without dinner I would leave the same valuation. It is very difficult to find people with that dedication and knowledge of their work.
