"Ordered 2 Big Macs with fries. The order after with 2 Big Macs came first even after we waited over 15 minutes. When challenged I was told that the reason the order took so long was because they were waiting for fries to cook. When I said that was ridiculous as fries take a maximum of 6 minutes (been working in hospitality for 7 years) the exceptionally snarky Mr. Woodward openly admitted that with their fryers it only takes 3 minutes to cook fries. I can only assume they therefore waited 12 minutes after the order before dropping the fries. I was then told the reason it took so long was due to breakfast changeover despite the fact that we were the last order to be prepared for any customers. Clearly the management have no clue whatsoever how to ensure the smooth operation and prioritisation of food service, as more interest was taken in preparing food for nonexistent customers who may or may not come in later than ones who have already paid. Most other reviews say this is worse than any other McDonalds they have ever visited and I wholeheartedly agree. Currently rated less than 3 stars average, but I think 1 would be generous."

Apparently it's your fault when they mess up your order because you didn't look at the screen when you ordered. Difficult to do with a car full of kids! Rubbish customer service!

Went thought as opened after lockdown, queued up what felt like forever and when I finally made it they would not serve me because I was on a motorcycle and not a car. Ridiculous and outrageous! I'll tell you where you can stick your burgers...!!

I've lost count of the wrong orders and wasted money at this store, always miss something from the order or get it wrong, use the app for delivery and your lucky if you get your own order, they have sent the wrong person's food on at least 3 occasions Voir le carte

We are the regular customer and last few weeks always missing item and we left it to go couple of last orders and ordered today fries missing from the order called and manager in charge told me that we can’t do any things.She was not polite and very Nasty I think she is not from UK and she doesn’t know how to talk to customers.we would not go back again

Really??? What happened to walking into MacDonals and getting fast food??? The cheeseburger patty was so cold, from there to cat, that cheese had not melted, and the party was soooo thin, what the hell, smaller than the slice of cheese. I used to work , 20 years ago, in one, and he'll, you guys are being ripped off, by service and the food, how do people get so fat on this??? NO FAST SERVICE FOR WALKING IN, YOU HANG AROUND, AND GET RATIONS!! Sick. And I mean, puke, sick, children.

Dear McdonaldI went today this lunch time with my 9 year son it was a disaster First dirty I side no one check the people coming in Normally mysonlikr the seat down stairs and gess what they closed and upstairs everywhere. Discrase And Discusting my son had to eat Without chair a d also. No fish fingers no ice cream Seriously horrible. Don't blame the pandemic. People like to spend the money. I will ever be back again. I went through the drive through and placed my order for a flat white , double cheeseburger and a mc flurryI was disgusted at what I received. The flat white was luke warm, no sugar available and was literally thrown at me from the window spilling over my hand and car seat... thankfully it was luke warm otherwise I would have an injury. The cheese burger if you can call it that was a sloppy warm mess.The mc flurry went straight in the bin as I was given it in an open container not the normal enclosed one.Waited a long time for this treat... wish I hadn't of bothered. Give it a miss

This is the nearest McDonald’s to us and most convenient as a family visiting or going through the drive-through which is more convenient for us I don’t think there is a time we have visited this McDonald’s that they haven’t messed up our order.You ask for plain cheeseburgers for the kids it comes with onions And all the sources and gherkins the kids throw in the bin because they don’t like it this happens every single time if it’s not that it’s missing something like fries or cheeseburger or sauces I’ve let it go every single time but Today they’ve really annoyed me I’ve tried to call them to tell them about this but they will not pick up the phone very bad service.Not coming here again I’d...

"Disappointed to have booked and not be warned about the mezze being the only available option. Told when sat down. Not much option but to accept. Food great. Tried to charge for each of us there were adults and an year old and year old despite agreeing to do deal for the of them when we ordered. When asked for the bill I was over charged. They didn’t leave bill on table and just tell you the value and present the card machine immediately. I queried and he went to alter. I paid. I realised that in fact they had charged more than the first time. I ended up having to ask for a print out of the bill on my way out. He gave it to me. It wasn’t even our bill plus they’d charged for the set menu!!?!?!!. I wrote down what we had eaten and drank and we added it up properly together and he had indeed overcharged by He couldn’t refund the card and so gave cash. Lush food. If you go please check what’s on offer before you go. Then insist that the bill if left on your table like in a normal restaurant. This gives the customer the time to check all is well before paying. I really felt the chap was trying to pull the wool over our eyes. Don’t let them! He did the same to another table which had a couple and a young child of about or Charged The excuse was that he couldn’t deduct dine in because we only wanted set menus. Rubbish. We have eaten out all month in the scheme in restaurant in bristol and in central London and this is the only time I’ve heard this tosh.
