"We came to Bronte because my brother-in-law's mother was born here over 90 years ago. After our guide, Mario, found Carmela's birth certificates, we visited the church she was baptized in and the house where she was born. After a lovely day doing all this, he found us this lovely little restaurant for lunch. We had caprese salad (everyone does it differently), had pistachio bruschetta, and pasta. Each one of us had a different dish which we negotiated with the proprietor in minimal Italian (on our part) and minimal English (on his). Everyone was satisfied and couldn't have been happier to be in this restaurant filled with Italians and just we few tourists. The pasta was served as if it was a sacrament and Mike declared it the best in Italy. He's probably biased about anything Brontesian, but it was very good."

Abbiamo pranzato in questa piccolissima trattoria molto pulita con una cucina semplice ma molto buona. Il proprietario è una persona gentilissima ed i prezzi sono più che ragionevoli.

Che dire… il proprietario super super gentile. Ci ha fatto provare il gelato al pistacchio, ed era eccezionale e c’è l’ha offerto ! Poi abbiamo acquistato L uovo di Pasqua al pistacchio ed era buonissimo!

ci siamo fermati per assaggiare un pistacchio dolce e non siamo rimasti delusi. abbiamo mangiato una fetta di torta al pistacchio con una palla di gelato eccezionale. molto consigliato anche per la gentilezza del personale.

We found the restaurant at a whim. We were greeted by a very lovely lady whom we later learned was the cook. The flavors of the food are special, unique and amazingly delicious. We had an antipasto a first course, second course and a desert. Highly recommend that you visit this restaurant , I will surely remember the great experience I had.
