very good Italian food. the service is good and attentive without being noticeable. the specialties were excellent.

good products, super well cooked pasta, Profusion vongole and delicious, the bucco osso is to advise, all perfect but extremely slow. We'll go back there anyway.

Aroma is an Italian restaurant in the old town of shawl, just steps from marktplatz. the proposed kitchen is here high-end. Of course, prices are a little higher than in most other Italian restaurants in the city, but the quality of the served dishes is exceptional. A very nice address

I recommend fagottini to ricotta and truffle, it's a real treat. the restaurant is on the first floor of a building. service is fast and warm. The trattoria amore is a classical Italian restaurant. Roman cuisine, home made pasta, white table cloth, great good looking service. We started with a small salad, had Spaghetti Vongole and Tiger Prawns with mediterranean vegetable. All prepared with lots of care and very tasteful. The wine per the glass (Montepulciano) was a wonderful recommendation. If we lived in Basel, then this would be our favourite Italian. Well done!

After a hard day's work you want to eat something, something that tastes well but also fills the stomach. I looked for Italian restaurants and this one came up. No regrets choosing for this particular restaurant! Although hard to find, since it's on the first floor. The white table sheets give the impression of a classic and clean restaurant, which both turned out to be true. The hostes let's you take your time to make your decision, which was good because I needed some relaxation. Now for the food, I don't know how people can think it wasn't fresh pasta because it was superb. One of the best Italian meals I have ever had, and I have had a few! We started with a very good glass of white and an excellent beer from Sicily, with excellent homemade wholemeal focaccia. The waitress was charming, attentive and friendly. We then...chose the antipasti for two and fish of the day, baked seabass, accompanied by a bottle of verdicchio. The antipasti were perfect, including the best arancini I have ever eaten. The seabass was huge and cooked to perfection, simply in olive oil with olives and lemon, served with excellent potatoes and greens. The verdicchio was to die for. I couldn't resist a dessert of cannoli with ricotta. All of it was spot-on perfect. The bill was not cheap... Voir le carte
