Toshi Restaurant Bar

There are very few good Japanese with a great selection of Japanese cuisine in Munich. Toshi is one of the best!

Sushi in Munich in December what could go wrong? Well, if you went to Toshi nothing! We were surprised just how great this place was, given the circumstance. We landed in this place partly by accident, since we weren't ready to..

Unfortunately, they no longer offer teppanyaki. But, they offer many other authentic dishes sushi, cooked meats and fish, udon... and everyone can something to eat. They were very accommodating and attentive for our large group of people. The most assuring fact was that all.. Voir le carte

This is a real classic japanese restaurant like those you find in Tokyo. Plain style and classic food. Bentobox at lunch time with several options. Lunch is less expensive then dinner. It’s rated as one of the best sushi in ttown. If you like fusion...and rolls at the western style it s not for you!

We were at the Toshi tonight for dinner. Like last times very tasty. But I have to take off a star: at 19:15h we ordered the April menu (80€ and only at 21:00h we had the 3rd gang. The main course (Sushi came an hour later! When he finally came, we asked to serve the dessert immediately. Immediately after dessert we paid and came from the restaurant at 22:45h. Last time we were 7 people and it had also taken very long (also menu . The place itself was filled to a third. Nevertheless the food was very good!

We found this place, very near our hotel, during a last minute search. We're weren't surprised that it was mostly empty when we arrived (it was early and filled up before we left The big surprise was the wonderful sushi and presentation. Where did they find this fish?
