Totally impressed with the service of the waitress and the intervals while serving the various dish courses. Highly recommend this for the view and service. Worth the price !

I liked this Restuarant. It overlooked Venice and had pretty decent Italian food. The service was a bit on the slow side evern though there wasn't many people but the pasta was decent and the grilled fish was quite good indeed. Voir le carte

we had to wait too much to get the order and eat. we started eating an hour after our arrival. after complaining the service was excellent. in terms of eating, as we start eating baccalà, which was good and oktopus with burrata, which does not fulfill our expectations, both had no taste. as main courses we took lobster spaghetti and lamb hack. the portions were very small and nothing special for the price and place. we expected more because of the ranking on the fork and the beautiful location.

Siamo una famiglia di Borgosesia composta da marito moglie e tre figlie abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare da voi tra il 3 e il 6 di settembre. Albergo molto elegante, con una atmosfera molto accogliente e amichevole che mette immediatamente a suo agio la clientela un plauso a tutto il personale, dalla reception alla sala colazione fino alla sala ristorante. È meraviglioso fare colazione con vista sul canal grande coccolati da dolci e English breakfast di sublime qualità . Indimenticabile la cena in terrazza con un panorama da urlo. Un particolare ringraziamento al maítre signor Filippo, persona di indubbia maestria e professionalità. Con la certezza di rivederci al più presto un caloro...

on a Saturday evening a table for two for 8 o'clock. Watch the situation with covid so nowhere is really very busy. armed and was not even greeted or brought to a table until perhaps 3 employees had passed us and finally brought us to our table (understood when they were fed and busy), but they were not. it was pretty quiet. then sat on our table and no one came to take our drink order. we waited 25 minutes and nothing. tables around us had collected drinks / empty teller and a waiter even told us someone came to us and take their order soon (because I tried to get his attention) we just ended up standing up and left after 30 minutes and staff didn't even notice. shocking customer service. b...
