Lauren was great and very helpful! Service was great and Lauren went above and beyond for us. You should be glad to have her as part of your team!

Food is so poor for takeaway. Ordered carbonara and was like scrambled egg. Everything else in order was cold. Could of made better myself and that’s saying something!

Had another great visit to this restaurant. Always looked after well and food is great value for money. The Male Manager was very efficient and the waitresses were friendly and helpful. Will be back again soon

really disappointing service when we came, there were only other tables in. after the waiting minutes after the completion of our starter and after our main had to box, as it was not a sign of it. we were also charged for a...Kids water that should have been part of the meal deal and could not even get the ice as the service was so slow. no excuse for a meal we had to eat at home.

We came to your restaurant for a family birthday dinner for my mum and we were sadly disappointed! Service was slow, the restaurant was bitterly cold and very drafty!!! All of us felt chilled to the bone and this affected our evening as we went...home much earlier than we intended to so we could get a heat! Food was mediocre and sadly I am struggling to find positives from our visit! I was emailed directly from Tony Macaroni’s for a review for which I replied to with no response so sadly I decided to come on here to see if my voice is heard?! I have always seen toni macaroni restaurants by and thought I would like to try sometime, well I experienced one tonight I didn't rush back to say the least! at the beginning, on sitting shown, all super to ! they needed a drink or eating or really everything that was lacking customer service was appalling as they came away with it is shocking that eating was not what I expected I was embarrassed that food is always up to ask for service, they also forget or main course minutes later, if we had to say to them, would I recommend or go back? oh and the chips were waiting. on the bright side my customers found it quite amusing how much they took away with lack of knowing how to run a restaurant...

Visited yesterday for my nieces birthday. I would say the only thing that makes this resturant is the staff, so pleasant, friendly. Our waitress was so helpful and we all said she was great at her job, didnt get her name though (short blonde...hair) The resturant itself is freezing, not good at all. Constantly blowing cold air, you know its bad when you see people sitting with coats on. The food also wasnt great. Visited here yesterday with colleagues for a lunch. The restaurant was not busy, we were there for nearly hrs catching up and there were only a few tables in use but thats still to be expected at the moment I think : I...ordered Risotto Funghi and a side of garlic bread with cheese just in case the portion sizes weren’t that great, big mistake!
