But left all the food what was on the floor there , I then went to get my carvery ? Well yet again another disappointment the floors had food all over them and all spilt food over the counter And the meat that they served was terrible the member of staff cutting the turkey for myself was picking all the last scraggy end off the bones to put on my plate the counter wer I went to put my gravy absolutely disgusting the food again was bland no taste no flavour will absolutely waste of money I've eaten in a few of these places and this is by far the worse £33 what a waste of money I may not be able to get my money back but I will be writing a review about my experience here on TripAdvisor and EVERY site I can and on social media you had my £33 but I'll do my best that you won't have anybody else's .VERY BAD FODD ,BAD ATMOSPHERE ,BAD SERVIVE ,DIRTY, KEEP AWAY"

we were booked for 210 and no table said to wait and kept seeing how last come and get tables albtraum, but eating was good x

great eating, great price, but tables something too close with small children allowed to walk around (risky and loud.) will definitely come back

Food was great .Restaurant felt very safe and staff were very good.Would recommend a family meal.All meals are back to self service so you can eat as much as you want.

We were really happy with the service from beginning to end. The staff were very friendly and helpful . The food was great and excellent value for money . I would recommend Toby carvery Caerphilly anytime .

Lovely restaurant and friendly attentive staff. Food was excellent but the wait was a little long due to only one member of staff serving, should have been two as the main server was a little overworked in my opinion.

Really welcoming atmosphere staff were very accommodating. Really good food and endless quantity. Only downside was food really hot at counter because it was under lamps but went cold really quickly when taken back to table.

easy access. such a selection of meat and vegetables and all the different sauces and gravy, could not break it. general food. when my man is 92 and I am 84, we sat in a smaller area that had one step down into the sitting area. When I wore our food, I had to watch my balance. would rather have been in the ground.
