"I visited her for an evening meal with a friend. Decor is nice. We arrived at 6, restaurant was empty. We did have to wait a couple of minutes for waitress to seat us but I noticed she was the only server so she may have been held up with customers. There were also work men in so she was tending to them as well. They have self service refills which is a nice touch and they had a 2 for 1 offer on cocktails. The menu is limited if you don't eat beef. I presumed that there would be a larger variety of chicken on the menu but I counted 2/3. I ordered the chicken burger. When it came out the meat was pink- I asked the waitress and she explained it was because of it was a chicken thigh. It completely put me off. I asked to change my order to tortillas. The waitress was very accommodating. The tortillas were ok but I was disappointed as I wanted a hearty meal. I had eaten the chips that came with my burger while I waited for the tortilla chips to come. When we asked for the bill I noticed they had charged me for the chips. I didn't query this as I had eaten them, however I felt this didn't give a friendly customer first feeling. I was a server for years and wouldn't have charged a customer for eating fries if they came with a meal they had sent back. But I did eat them, so I paid. I ended up paying £18 for tortilla, chips and 2 drinks. But steep considering I didn't get what I wanted. Unfortunately it has put me off and I won't return, however my friend enjoyed it. Look at the menu before you go to make sure there is something you would eat. Don't order the chicken unless you don't mind eating it pink."

had a nice evening. much needed supplement to chainring. beautiful eating, fabulous cocktails. wonderful staff. many thanks to our waitress chanelle, has worked so hard that we feel special. we look forward to our next visit.

loved to try a burger as normally a steak about burger and good to say eating was very hot and cooked to order the waitress was courtesy friendly and welcome, what more can they ask, and the price was not bad at all will be back very soon. Voir le carte

not bad. not bad was a little concerned because the previous incarnation was overpriced and bad quality. but the bbq burger was fat and juicy. the fries were crunchy and hot the salate was fresh and the beer was cold. could not really ask for more.

I have been to this restaurant several times and have never had a disappointing meal. The food is fantastic, the staff is friendly and helpful, especially Chanel. She always takes the time to chat with us and is a valuable member of the team. This is definitely our favorite place to eat.

We stopped for lunch, and we were both very disappointed in the food and the service. It was hard to find anything that wasn't fried, which was not good. We were the only ones in the place, and you'd think we'd get good service, but that was bot the case. The server was not interested. We won't bother coming back. Voir le carte

I recently visited the pub at The Yards on a Friday night and was disappointed to find it empty. After ordering drinks at the bar and sitting down, I took a look at the menu and atmosphere and decided to leave. The barmaid appeared bored, constantly on her phone, and there was a lack of ambiance in the place. I finished my drink and left feeling let down.

We had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant tonight. We enjoyed a delicious meal, including pudding and a bottle of wine, all for under £50. Both my partner and I have hearty appetites, and we were completely satisfied sharing a meat platter with an additional side of halloumi fries. The staff was incredibly attentive and the music playlist was just right for us. We are already looking forward to our next visit!
