the food was super and the staff friendly and funny whilst run off their feet! 4 of us had a pre Christmas Ladies Wot Lunch and even had a lovely table upstairs and appreciated the handsome young man running up and down to cater to our every need!

Hidden Gem . I normally go to one of the usual big name coffee shop chains for my caffeine fix. But they were closed. So I ended up here. Really glad I came. Lovely décor, friendly and helpful staff. Had a large breakfast and more than happy to swap my tomato for a hash brown. Coffee was very tasty and the staff are great. Having the beans in a glass pot is a great idea! My only disappointment is that the mushrooms were tinned instead of fresh. My husband and I visited TickTocks today with our 2 year old grandson after having to walk away from Dobbies because of bad customer service. The staff at TickTocks were very welcoming and the food and service was excellent. When we left the lady offered us 2 beauful cream cakes to take away for our grandson and his sister. I visited recently with my mum Nan we were all very happy with our experience. I had avocado on toast, my mum had eggs Benedict nan had the English breakfast. Everything was very tasty perfectly cooked. The service was brilliant we felt very well looked after. Plenty of space to sit, toilets on site were clean, restaurant area was lovely clean too as well as beautifully accessorised. I’ve been to many cafes in my time, and I can’t believe we actually have a hidden gem in our local town rainham Kent, @tick.tocksrainham what can I say not only the best presentation I have ever seen when it comes down to a omelette it tasted incredible too, it was creamy and flavoursome, the Char on top of the omelette added amazing flavour, the chips were so nice, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the beans just gave it that little bit of flare, I will be definitely coming back with my kids, the prices are really good and affordable, also the staff where amazing so helpful kind and polite, especially towards my kids. I went for lunch with my husband and was offered as soup of the day “tomato or leek and potato” I went for tomato, which was meant to be served with crusty bread. When it arrived I started to eat it, nicely hot, but it looked and tasted like Heinz tomato soup. The bread was a thick slice of white bread, already buttered! So many presumptions. I questioned the waitress and was told this is their crusty bread ? and yes, the soup is Heinz, and then she walked off. If I had been told this in the first place, the tomato soup was not freshly made, I wouldn’t have ordered it. The menu should be changed to a slice of white bread; it’s not crusty.
