completely ok to drink a cappuccino just once.but not for more!We seem to be completely overrated here and also the staff is extremely slow!

I was there about a month ago with my wife, we ordered a bit in cones, the staff was nice, the ice creams were not as good as the location of the load. the price was reasonable, so if you don't want to go too far from the main station to have an ice, you might want to visit her. Voir le carte

my friend and I followed two days here, as the situation was very favorable for us. they make a reasonable omelette, but the ice is not fantastic. the service comes with a smile, and they will certainly try their best, despite the...language barrier (most employees don't speak English)

The spaghetti was nicely cooked, i have ordered spaghetti with garlic, red chilli and olive oil. The flavours are amazing. All through my dinner I was looking forward for the desserts. There are so many that you cannot make up your mind easily. Finally I...decided upon walnut and nuts ice-cream. And it was OMG!! I am so going again for another ice cream.

I have no idea which part of the world these people came from. who shows the attitude to their customers??. they don't even welcome you properly as if we are going to eat for free. no smile while taking or receiving the orders. and on...top of that there is nothing so spl about this place you can get all these ice creams even better in some other store. If you people want to improve this is time. recept our customers first then open the store. Voir le carte

After reading reviews from others, it probably depends on what they want good ice or good service, ideally both, but if they have a sacrifice, then it must be the service. that is the third time that we have visited eiscafe tiamo and we go back to the ice! the ice is very good and there is a good choice both as simple ice and as sweetness of the service was nowhere near as bad as some recommend it could be better, but overall if they want a good ice, it is worth a visit and it is also very convenient (h)

We went there to eat an ice cream while waiting for our train. The waiter was totally unwelcoming, we even had the feeling to disturb him. He took our order without any smile. When we received our order we noticed a mistake between two flavors....When we tried to say that to the waiter he didn't listen to us and acted as we didn't taste the ice cream (of course we had tested before). He didn't offer to make another one (hopefully I can eat vanilla ice cream instead of a cookie one). We didn't recommend this place at all, even just to wait for your train

Was the third try now and finally the last one. The ice cream isn't special at all, not only the special places in Düsseldorf like Unbehaun or the Eisfabrik in Flingern are better, even my small cafe around the corner outside Düsseldorf has more special...ice-cream. Plus it is quite expensive, an ice cream creation costs around to Euros more than usual. But since the location at the Hauptbahnhof is good and there aren't many cafes there, we tried again. But only rude or very unintelligent people or both work there. This time was the climax though, as the waiter told me in the rudest way I couldn't choose the ice- cream at the front counter because that would take too much time, I would have... Voir le carte
