Had lunch here with my daughter. Service very friendly. Food good and you get a nice little biscuit with your tea/coffee. Would definitely return.

A late brunch 1130 am full english ordered watery mushrooms straight from the wholesalers totally solid poached eggs how difficult is that for a cook NOT obviously a chef

Please be aware you may not get caesar dressing on your chicken caesar salad. Whatever it was it was not caesar salad dressing not sure who prepares food but should know the ingredients required.

We are regular visitors here. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The menu is extensive and very tasty and they don't mind your sharing. Well worth a visit for breakfast lunch afternoon tea or dinner

Vegetarian options are a little limited, but the roasted veg pasta was good and the garlic bread was ok as it was quite carby. It is a nice quiet spot to catch some lunch compared to the busier food court in Brent Cross.

I make sure to stop by this roomy restaurant every time I'm in Brent Cross. The food is always freshly made and beautifully presented. The staff are incredibly kind and friendly - when I requested a second scoop of ice cream with my delicious apple pie (which I highly recommend), the waitress happily provided it at no additional cost. The decor is modern yet cozy, with a window offering stunning views of the Brent Cross area. This is definitely one of my top restaurants to visit.

I reluctantly agreed when a friend pushed me into trying this restaurant once. Everytime I have been previously, at least one thing has to be returned o the kitchen. When I went with friends a few weeks ago, one friend sent back her cappucino which under the froth looked like mud. All four of us sen the food back as it was luke warm. The yolks on the egg benedict were hard. There were seven of us today, again the food was luke warm, an omelette was sent back because it was almost raw inside and I had to ask three times for my diet coke. When eggs on toast are ordered, the pieces are so small, it looks liketwo halves of one slice of bread

This was the worst experience of my life. My cousin and I wanted to order fries and coffee, but we were rudely told by a staff member that there were other customers waiting to sit at a table. It felt like we were being told we didn't deserve to sit because we weren't spending enough. It was humiliating to be criticized in front of other people. I have worked in a coffee shop myself, and I believe that all customers should be treated equally regardless of how much they are spending. What made it even worse was that the staff member could see we had a baby with us and it was lunchtime, when we just wanted a quick break. Despite the staff member's attitude, she did eventually agree to serve us...

Today, I visited a restaurant/cafe and left feeling extremely angry and upset. I cannot begin to describe my experience. We ordered coffee and some fries, as we had also bought some pastries. The waitress, named Rosemary, questioned why we were only ordering coffees and fries during lunch hour when there were other people waiting for a table. I was shocked and couldn't understand why I had to order more than what I wanted in order to sit there. I asked if there was a policy that we weren't aware of, but instead, she spoke down to us and said that we could only order coffees and fries to sit down, questioning why we weren't ordering anything more.
