Best place for desserts in Queen Street. Amazing customer service from a manager. Keep it up guys, good team work as well. Everything’s fresh. Enjoyed my take out and eat in, either way is really good.

I was here with my daughter recently, we enjoyed the strawberry and vanilla sponge cakes. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We were shown to a lovely large room downstairs where we were the only ones there at the time so it was nice and peaceful.

Everything we ordered (and we ordered a lot! was super delicious. We found portions were really generous (especially in the sundaes and the gelato was to die for! Staff were happy to make modifications to defined menu items and really polite and friendly. Best dessert we've had in Cardiff. Thanks guys!

I visited the restaurant today and found the staff to be very helpful and friendly, especially Jonathan. The food was absolutely delicious - we ordered a variety of dishes to try and everything was fantastic. I will definitely need a nap after such a satisfying meal. I can't wait to go back. Thank you to the staff for a great experience!

What a wonderful find- this place was perfect for our party of 10 who all thoroughly enjoyed the amazing desserts!!!! We started with Hot chocolate, tea or coffee then each of us had a dessert- waffle, crêpes, cookie dough, cake and the children had a spectacular bubblegum Sundae– every single one of us enjoy it and will definitely be making a trip back there again. I visited a restaurant in the Cardiff city centre. I was ignored when I entered and there was no hand gel available. I had to find my own menu and the tables were dirty. I placed my order and waited for half an hour at a table that had a wet wipe on it. Even when my dessert was presented to me, the table was not cleaned and the wet wipe remained there. I did not see any table being cleaned during the hour I spent there. The area behind the counter was also not kept clean. Overall, I will not be returning to this establishment.

The countertops in the open kitchen appeared messy with batter residue, chocolate, and crumbs. This gave a poor impression to customers, despite the possibility of them being busy. One staff member was wearing a dirty, cake-stained uniform with noticeable stains on his black trousers. The toilets were dirty, with tissue papers strewn across the floor and stains on the seat and bowl. The floor had muddy footprints and food residue, indicating a need for a thorough cleaning. In addition, the music playing was not appropriate for a family-friendly establishment, with lyrics containing foul language. I had never been here before and decided to get my girls (9),(11), milkshakes. It was not busy there were two groups of people behind us. We paid and then it took them 20 minutes to make a couple of milkshakes, the work area is open so we could see how slow they were being, I have worked in catering and they were so disorganised. They served both the other customers their food (to eat in) before our milkshakes were done (to go) and all they had to do was blend a bit of milk, ice and sorbet together. I have never seen such bad service in my life, no sign of a manager, I told the chap this is the first and last time, all he said is “I was the only one in the till” no apology, no credit/refund,...

Avoid this place at all costs. Their food is overpriced, the staff are rude and the portions are terrible. We ordered a waffle and a cookie dough via Just Eat. We then received a phone call to say they didn 't have ingredients for the waffle so we had to choose another that was equal or lower value. The waffle we chose was one of the higher price ones, and the only others we could pick were all lower value, so they basically overcharged us. Now if you don 't have the ingredients, either remove the item from the menu or don 't accept the order in the first place!
