It could be that it is just outside Bedford and people (like us! don't often think of going there. Meal was well cooked and well presented. Maybe portions were a little large when eating out we do like to have 3 courses and size of portion can prevent this."

Several really lovely staff and the setting is great. Delivery of food went from slow to chronic minute wait for dessert which was just four ice creams and one tiramisu

The setting was extremely good next to the river. Staff were very pleasant and efficient. The food was average, my white wine was not chilled and my tiramisu had a very strange flavour, for which our server reimbursed the cost. I would certainly visit this restaurant again.

One of our parties ordered the steak with just under 25 pounds. The quality of the steak was terrible. It was hard and fat, very hard to cut and chew! We were very disappointed that he left the restaurant hungry! We complained and got a free cup of coffee that felt like an insult when you took our bill over £150. It'll take a long time to see you again!!
