"Me and my family have visited today we booked online and the only times they had left were 7:30pm. So we booked the table for 5 of us, when we got there we were told that there is a 5 minute wait for someone to take your drink order and 10-15 minute wait for food. Which was fine but when it takes over 2 hours to have a main meal and pay, that's a bit of a joke.I felt sorry for the lady that was helping us, she was running round here there and everywhere bless her. She was lovely but definitely should have had some help. The man that bought the food over wasn't helpful at all and was ignorant. Think he might have been a manager because he was wearing a white shirt which is different to the rest. One of us had a burger which was burnt to a crisp that she couldn't even eat it, my mums chicken stack was cold, which could have been because we had to wait a while to get someone's attention to ask for salt and sauces. My steak was also cremated. Overall the food was awful, we had a 50% of voucher but I still thought the price was too much for what we got and the quality of the food. When it came to paying 3 of us left and the other 2 stayed to pay because we were waiting just under half an hour to have the card machine bought over to pay."

Have to say it was the worst breakfast Ive ever had poached eggs like rubber and cold , hash brown cold greasy bacon burnt sausage just awful, but on the bright side it was a nice pot of tea

Fantastic breakfast so compliments to the chef. I cannot praise the waitress Berta enough, she is always such a pleasure. Always smiling and working hard to make sure you have the most amazing service.

Had a lovely Breakfast with my Friend. Clean place, food served hot. I really enjoyed my veggie Breakfast with Coffee. Highly recommended the place, very accessible next to the big tesco. Foods is good and served hot and on time.

We enjoyed lunch from the special lunch menu. Reasonably priced and a good choice of about 6 main course options We both enjoyed the chicken burger on a toasted brioche bun and shared a sizeable dessert. We were well looked after by staff, particularly Chloe. We felt safe and saw more Covid safe measures than we’ve seen recently in some venues and staff were reassuringly aware of the need to be careful. Separate entrance and exits, plenty of room between tables, lots of cleaning, one way system, staff take you to the salad bar and serve you and refillable drinks are brought to your table. I would agree with previous reviews that I would prefer to see staff wearing a mask or face shield, but...

Desperately short staffed strange as half term? Plus an offer kids eat for a quid or something? On entering family behind said dont bother we had to wait 45 mins for our food but we carried on regardless, food ok for warmed up frozen food no criticism here as we all know it is as do I on entering the restaurant, ordered the half chicken half ribs but on arrival received more like a chicken nugget!
