Food took 90 minutes to come and we ordered two sandwiches. You had to pay as you ordered otherwise we would have left. By the time we asked for a refund they said they were on their way and gave us a free drink to compensate. Would not go back Price per person: £20–30 Voir le carte

We have dined at this restaurant numerous times over the years. The food quality has remained consistently excellent. The overall experience is fantastic, with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend. Price range per person is £30-40. Must-try dishes include the BBQ Burnt Ends, Mezze Platter, and Sunday Beef Roast.

Amazing country pub serving food and drinks. Only stopped in for a quick drink. The drinks were really good and the service was second to none. I'm really glad that we popped in. This restaurant is located in a charming village in the Surrey hills and is run in a traditional pub style. I had to change my reservation last minute, but they were accommodating and the meal itself was excellent. The menu is extensive and offers generous portions of delicious food. It's recommended to book in advance as it is one of only two pubs in the village. The average price per person is £40-50 and I would rate the food a 5 out of 5.

We really enjoy this restaurant, but were let down during our last visit when we ordered roasts and they were served cold. I returned mine and received a new, hot one, which was good, but none of the staff apologized for the mistake. Other visits on different days, especially outside of Sundays, have been great. It was disappointing that our last visit was not up to par. They offer vegan options for those with dietary restrictions. Overall, we rate the food as a 3.

Our first visit to the William Bray exceeded our expectations: great service from friendly people; excellent quality food that is well above the average pub food; and a beautiful and relaxing setting we will definitely be back! We found the portion of baked monkish to be on the small side, but that seems to be the problem nowadays when you order fresh fish you get very little of it! But this is only a very minor gripe overall we were delighted with our dining experience. Voir le carte
