Had the most delicious smoked salmon and avocado salad today, partner had builders breakfast which he said was equally as nice. 5/5

Lunch here with a friend and the food is very good. The omelette was full of mushrooms and the jacket potato with cheese very tasty but would have like a bigger portion of coleslaw with it.

The man who works in there was extremely rude to us, said “you can’t leave that there” referring to our newborn who was asleep in her pram! So we left! Won’t be stepping foot in there again.

Love this place. Go here almost every weekend on a Saturday for our breakfast. Food is amazing and lots of it. Very friendly family run eatery, very clean and always really busy. Would definetely recommend if you fancy a fab breakfast and a good price.

I had just ordered food from the village eatery and it's outstanding how amazing the food is! I would definitely recommend this place to enjoy a lovely breakfast. I have visited this place before and the food always got better! The staff are always polite and they never get anything wrong.

My family and I visited for a breakfast treat and we were not disappointed The staff were welcome, friendly and COVID safe They offered a good choice of food, including some healthy ones if you’re trying to be good but still want a treat, all tasted lovely. Their coffee’s are worth the trip alone and for those wanting the extra treat, a selection of yummy cakes are on offer too Can’t wait to come back

Use to love this place had breakfast several times and lunches, but after the attitude of both men who run the cafe myself and friends will no longer be using this place. Other customer also made comments about the men and their attitude, they are usually really friendly, today they looked like they had the hump with each other and was taking it out on customers. We all have off day but don't take it out on your customers because we won't return.

We'd heard good reports about this place, so my son, partner and their 2 year old went for breakfast. Even though the place was full, we were seen and our order taken almost immediately and our large breakfasts were served within 10 or 15 minutes. The food was really good quality, thick bacon, very tasty sausages, all well cooked. Very attentive, friendly service. So good, we couldn't resist returning the next day!! Just as good! We will be back, many times!

Only our second visit, the first being just before lockdown closures, and we have been eagerly waiting for this little gem to reopen its doors. A friendly welcome by the owner and the staff and a nice chat with him whilst our order was prepared. Our food was once again delicious, cooked perfectly using really good quality ingredients. A great range of lactose free milks, delicious looking cakes, friendly welcoming atmosphere all have us eager to return. For the two of us to have breakfasts with real coffee it came to about £20, which for this quality of produce and level of service we are more than happy to pay.
