really nice little caffe in addiscombe. eat and service both really good. on the lunch card there is a large selection of options, including hot potato salads, bagels and sandwiches as well as the whole day breakfast. many drinks and a beautiful coffee. in any case recommend.

I hope my experience yesterday (a Sunday lunchtime was just a blip, as I usually love my visits to the Tramstop. The soup was bland, the bread was dry and the scone was NOT a proper scone but more like a small teacake. This scone imposter was even served hot (to disguise a lack of freshness, perhaps? . Who serves hot scones?!
