Quick service from ordering our food to it being brought to our table. The food was plentiful and very tasty. I was disappointed that the Lebanese Kebabs were no longer on the menu. Me and my partner went for a meal and had arancini for starter, the mushroom pie and steak for our mains, and a dessert cocktail afterwards. All was absolutely lovely and great service, looking forward to going again. Vegetarian options: They didn’t have the widest choice of vegetarian options but there was still a couple of different starters mains to choose from, and they had a veggie option on the specials menu too. We had a wonderful meal with great service at this restaurant. The food was delicious, as always. Unfortunately, we ended up sitting in the bar area instead of the restaurant because my wife was on crutches and couldn't make it upstairs. The staff were very accommodating and we were able to enjoy the restaurant menu in the bar. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We even had fun participating in a quiz after our meal. The atmosphere was charming, the food delicious, and the staff were fantastic. Looking forward to returning for our next dining experience.

Came to talbot on Sunday and booked the 1776 restaurant. When first arrived everything was perfect, even had 2 bartenders serving me for 3 drinks!! Speedy service. However when we sat down it all went downhill, my self personally I only eat chicken, on the menu there was no chicken option. I saw the bar menu when we was downstairs and saw they did a chicken burger. So I asked the waiter if I could possibly order from the downstairs menu, he promptly said no. I couldn’t believe it, I asked for the manager. Asked him the same question and again he said it was their policy. ‘Policy’ what a joke.
