"There was a terrible incident with the fruit machine at this restaurant. I won £20 yesterday after spending £10 of my own money, but when I went to collect my winnings, the machine malfunctioned and didn't give me any money. The staff said they couldn't do anything except take my details and contact me once the machine was fixed. They assured me I would get my £20 when it was working again. However, when I called today (they never called me), they said I couldn't have the money I won, but there was £5 stuck in the machine that I could have instead. This is ridiculous and feels close to stealing. Even though it's just £20, it's the principle of the matter. I am not happy about this experience."

We had a great experience dining at this restaurant for lunch multiple times during our stay at the nearby Premier Inn. The food was reasonably priced and delicious, and the atmosphere was welcoming. We highly recommend this spot for a good meal. Additionally, the hotel itself was quiet and provided a pleasant stay.

My pint glass was dirty, so of course I went straight back to the bar, I waited 15 minutes! just to get a new one. The table was sticky. The female staff are snooty and rude.
