"The food was fantastic, but the service was quite slow, even though there was only one other table occupied. We ordered high tea and finished our basket of toast before our drinks were even served. The music was far too loud, with the speaker positioned right at our table. I requested the waitress to turn it down, but she said it wasn’t possible. I then asked to move to another table, which we did, but the waitress definitely seemed unhappy about the change."

The high tea menu offers excellent value and is very convenient for pre-theater events.

I went for a work Christmas lunch, and the food was delightful. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place!

Although a few weeks ago we had a wonderful experience tonight wasn't so wonderful, we didn't recieve our water to the table until our meals arrived and also our tea was forgotten about. Voir le carte

This hotel is outdated and overpriced! The staff was rude, and there was no bottled water available. I was actually advised to drink from the tap in the bathroom! We will never come back to this place.

The service was fantastic, but I would love to see some variety in the high tea menu. While the food offers great value for money and is delicious, it can become repetitive since I visit quite frequently.

I was highly impressed by the stationary brasserie! I had the fish and chips, and it was the best I've ever had. The portion was generous, and the fish was super crispy! I will definitely be returning for more. Voir le carte

They were very short staffed. Don’t get me wrong tge 2 waitresses were very nice.We had a bit of a wait for drinks. Food was nice but not outstanding . The place lacked atmosphere. Seemingly the afternoon teas are popular but I wouldn’t recommend dinner there.

So disappointing! Service was appalling, no mention of tea or coffee. Main meal was acceptable, offered no condiments. Scones were non existent, cakes resembled frozen cakes, a fairy cake cut into quarters etc. Complete false representation as to what's offered on The Station Hotels website. Will not return.
