"I just had to try the new gluten-free menu, and I'm glad I did! The fish and chips were fabulous—made with fresh fish in a beautifully crispy batter, accompanied by chips that were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Next time, I think I'll go for the pitta steak or maybe the salmon. The staff were very helpful as well. Keep up the great work!"

In for lunch today upstairs. Soup and sandwich deal. Excellent we been in a few times but the food seems better quality now. Not that there was anything wrong before but was really impressed with my Cullen skink

The menu is quite good. I had the chicken bacon Caesar salad, and for dessert, I enjoyed the cheesecake, which was excellent. The staff is very friendly and accommodating; nothing seems to be too much trouble for them.

On Saturday, March 17th, we enjoyed an afternoon tea that was very welcoming and delightful. The prices were ideal, which was a pleasant surprise since some guests chose not to have prosecco, and there was an option to skip it. I highly recommend this place!

Just had our Christmas night out at The Stag. Meal was excellent and great value for money! The service was faultless and great atmosphere! Live music down at the bar and wide selection of drinks topped off the night! Will definitely be back... Cheers for a good night.

am from birmingham and spent a fantastic afternoon with my cousin in this great pub. a beautiful black salmon dinner and a few (ahem) ales. The "due south" from the strathbraan brewery is particularly beautiful. the day is a warm, friendly pub with friendly staff and regular. I recommend it very much for eating, ale and atmosphere.
