Awful, someone vaping at the bar, disgusting, also tha attitude of some locals was very concerning. Definitely will not be visiting again.

Lovely pub, but sadly no longer a good food pub! Such a shame it’s gone downhill again. It used to be much much better home cooking. Hopefully will improve again soon!

Sunday lunches are amazing it’s hard to find a good roast instead of awful carveries. The roast potatoes are some of the best we’ve ever had and we have tried lots of places. A big thumbs up Voir le carte

I visited this restaurant with my family. We enjoyed a decent meal at a reasonable price, but the highlight was the best cup of tea we had during our entire holiday! The menu consisted of typical pub food options.

Me and the wife called in Sunday lunchtime and both had the Sunday roast. Very generous portions and well cooked for a reasonable price. It's a proper locals pub with no frills which suits us. Good service and a nice beer garden to sit in, will be back when visiting the nearby hospital.

My wife and I stopped in for lunch after shopping and were extremely impressed with the food. The service was quick and efficient. We ordered the fish platter with scampi and calamari, which was a delicious feast at a very affordable price. We will definitely be returning for more in the future. Voir le carte

My friend I were on our way back from QMC, it was a very hot day so we called in The Rutland Cottage, the first time since my husbands wake 5 year ago. We were made very welcome, it was nice and cool refreshing so we stayed and enjoyed two long cold drinks, it was lovely, we did not wish to eat but looked at the menu we will return for lunch.

We came for drinks and the service was terrible, it took 35 minutes to get served. The server seemed more bothered about vaping on the garden and talking to people she knew than serving. After asking multiple times, we asked the server about what certain drinks she had to which she replied ‘none really, only a couple’ to which she wouldn’t expand on

My partner and I stopped by for a late lunch. I ordered a cheese and onion pie with mashed potatoes and garden peas, while my partner had the beef and onion pie. Both meals were delicious, and the staff were great. The only issue was a group of men at the bar using inappropriate language. This was not the restaurant's fault, but it was disappointing. This was our fourth visit and the other experiences were good. Voir le carte
