"Whilst spending a week in Los gigantes we decided to have an evening in Las Americas and visited this restaurant as I craved meat. I have to say for the money the food was very good, my mixed grill was excellent and my wife chicken was great. The steak on the mixed grill was cooked perfect for me, I like my red meat very rare, borderline blue and this was spot on, 3 varieties of sausage, a chicken breast and an enormous chop with crackling on it. The only let down was the service, it wasn’t busy and there was no shortage of waiters, admittedly there was an incident when another customer was choking and it was pretty serious, this could have put them off their game, but we asked for a sweet menu after we finished our main course, it took a while to come for us to view, but then a further 20 minutes passed and no one came back to our table to ask us if we would like to order, so we asked for the bill, a further wait was endured, we’d had enough so I walked up to the manager and said can I pay and just go as we’ve been waiting long enough, he then gave me the wrong bill, then the card machine wouldn’t read my card, they said it was my card but it wasn’t they then went and got another card machine and my card worked straight away. No apology, no off of a complementary drink, just took my money and said goodbye."

The so called Angus burger was the worst burger ever, tasted like a supermarket frosen burger. 17.50 euro for that was a rip off.

Uma carne espectacular paga a preço muito alto para a apresentação descuidada como servem no prato. Bruscheta normal e serviço de comida rápido. Não aconselho. Preços altos para restaurante médio/baixo. A carta da comida mais parece um catálogo comercial e as das bebidas já estao muito usadas. Muito a melhorar no detalhe

Burgers, steak and salads were very tasty. My husband, who often orders a burger, said it as one of the best he’s ever had. But the visit was to some extent ruined by the attitude of the waiters. About 15 of them, and I didn’t see one of them smile once in our full visit; at a customer or at eachother. They also kept bickering amongst themselves, and it wasn’t even busy so it was just really obvious that they were arguing and was quite uncomfortable.
