"Came in for lunch one rainy day with my family. Menu was limited and no children's menu. It was cold inside and I felt the place was cold and uncosy. We walked in not sure what to do.. no menus on tables and no direction on what to do.no welcome hello until my husband went to the till. Free water point which nice to see. The food was amazing we shared a sausage roll while I waited on a burger and my husband had the curry.. both beautiful. My children had cake the chocolate was a little dry where my daughter smashed her lemon and raspberry cake. This place could do with little extras. Menus on table with a please order at the till sign. A few cushions to make it more welcoming. A Child friendly menu.. sweet potatoe fries etc would be epic.. a must go for food! Fully support the vegan movement!!"

Small friendly cafe , with delicious vegan food . I had the nut burger with homemade cheese and served with lovely side salads. Portions are generous- a great lunch stop!

Nice place to eat with good gluten free options. My main complaint is the lack of toilet facilities and limited variation on the menu. However, food I have eaten here has been superb.

This cafe is a wonderful hidden treasure. They serve amazing coffee and delicious cakes at a reasonable price. The owner is very friendly and they have a beautiful selection of succulent plants and cacti, some of which are locally grown. I highly recommend visiting this independent cafe!

My wife and I stopped by for some cake and coffee. The coffees were good, but the cakes were fantastic (blueberry muffin and peanut butter cake). The total cost was £8.20, which we thought was reasonable. We also overheard a couple enjoying their hot lunch and they said it was delicious. The cafe is located across from the library.

We popped in one lunchtime as we are both vegetarian and could see it is a good place, from the reviews on Tripadvisor. We each ordered their special of Nacho bowl with salads and homemade vegan cheese. It was delicious. We had tea with oatmeal milk which was certainly interesting, as the milk gives it quite a different flavour. Nice friendly staff and pretty decent value for money overall.

I was searching for a unique lunch spot and, as a recent vegan, I was happy to come across this restaurant on TripAdvisor. It was quiet when I got there at 12:30, but by 1 o'clock, all the tables were full, indicating it's a popular spot. The menu is limited but everything sounded delicious. I tried the Earth burger and it was really flavorful. I didn't have space for dessert, but the cakes looked tempting. I will definitely return next time I'm in the area.

I had one of their ‘not sausage rolls’ to takeaway which was warm and delicious, it was like a mini nut roast! I will definitely be back again I’d much rather support a local independent for all my vegan sausage roll needs instead of Gregs or Warrens. Everything is available for takeaway so I’ll be making use of that! Many people seem to suggest using the public toilets opposite due to the lack of on site toilets. Personally I would recommend using the ones in the M&S round the corner as these are likely to be more pleasant.

"What do you want me to say? there is probably not enough superlative to describe how delicious a food experience we had. how many people I wanted to eat here already, but last night all stared and we could get a table. the waitress who welcomed us was worried that the kitchen would not be able to cope with as they were a worker and the kitchen was busy with other tables. (we arrived at 21:30 on a busy Thursday without an extended booking after we checked with the kitchen that we showed on our table and warn that it was a 30 minute delay on eating. we ordered drinks and munched on Bombay mix while looking for the menu. nice not to choose from an enormous selection. I had garnel as starter and my partner had kabeljau. we also ordered our net. selection of chickens, lambs or vegetables thali with various beside dishes. I chose chicken partner to choose lamb....if the starter arrived (in less than 30 minutes we realized that we were there for something special. beautiful presentation and taste not disappointed. both cooked to perfection and full of aromas that did not mask the fish. then came the net. fabulous presentation of separate dresses that contain our chosen court and bombay aloo, raita, dhal and rice. there was a beautiful cone poppadom on the teller and we also shared a naan. it looked fantastic and tasted incredible. the dahl was so good that I had eaten a bowl of it alone. super delicious and beautiful spicy heat that does not exaggerate. our individual dishes were immediately shared with each other, as they were too good not to share. the poppadom was super crispy without fat and more taste than for a simple pop natural....a manifestation! lamb was melted in mouth and the chicken had a real chicken flavor. we have licked the bowls pretty clean. we had enough space for khulfi. 4 elections....Coconut, pistachios, rose and saffron and kardamom. we had two and were blinded by all. the pistachios and cocosnuss were really beautiful and the rose and juice card a really unusual joy, especially the rose. the whole experience was enchanting and we chatted with the cook (which was in the restaurant that talked to all the hunters and cook! how much we enjoyed the meal. Please visit this restaurant. it is worth every penny, and we look forward to going back and telling everyone we do the same."
