"A totally gluten free kitchen! It is the first time ever we have found a pub like this so my daughter had totally free choice of everything on the menu and could even try some of our meals safely too! The food was completely gorgeous, we had the rack of ribs, pulled pork nachos, pulled pork burger and children’s nuggets. My daughter said the ribs were best thing ever as were the mozzarella balls to start and profiteroles to finish! I cannot recommend this pub highly enough and it is well worth travelling so far off the beaten track. We went in the evening so we couldn’t appreciate the setting but I think would be lovely right on the river in the daytime. Booking essential I would say as it’s quite small and some people without bookings couldn’t be squeezed in the night we went."

Great cozy pub with a nice outside area. Food was really nice and the whole venue is gluten free. Also some gluten free beers on offer.

Excellent food and returned several times. All home made and gluten free. So far I've tried the ribs, burgers (buns are particularly nice), sausage, and lemon tart.

All food served here is gluten free, the pub is family run and understand the risks of contamination and very very welcoming, I had the chili and it was awesome my wife had a vegetarian burger and didn't realise it was also gluten free!

We decided to have a meal here, not been for ages. Menu is now all gluten free which is fab. I had scampi, chips and peas came with tartare sauce and gluten free vinegar. Also had cheesy garlic bread (hubby ate most of it) very tasty. Will come back again soon.

An amazing find with a completely Gluten Free kitchen. I could choose anything from the menu and the food was delicious. They specialise in home smoked meats . I tried the Smoked brisket chilli with nachos 10/10 and the following night the spicy homemade chicken burger which had a fabulous crispy outer crumb with homemade coleslaw and chips 10/10.Also Gf ale and a delicious Elderflower cider available
