I have been dining here for over 10 years and have enjoyed countless meals here, from intimate dinners for two to birthday celebrations and bachelorette parties. The menu has remained largely unchanged over the years and the owner has stayed the same, but the restaurant itself has continuously improved in terms of decor and atmosphere. The food is consistently delicious, with our favorite dishes never failing to satisfy. We also enjoy trying new dishes, and the quality, taste, and portion sizes are always top-notch. Boonnak is a shining gem that has maintained its excellence over the years. Thank you, Boonnak!"

"A hidden gem in Blackpool. We were presented with the art of food in a plate they cook from fresh and the chef shows all his love and passion in every single plate. Lovely restaurant, romantic place, delicious food all that including the friendly owners makes you enjoy every moment. "this place is simply excellent. the black pudding I had for my starter is probably the best starter I ever had. all the foods were cooked to perfection, very well presented and all the staff very friendly. prices also excellent and a quality overhang after 2 bottles of their home wine, merlot at less than £11 a bottle. unbeatable. my TripAdvisor writing up to be finished in a short time!"

"Wonderfully welcoming and accommodating, and fantastic food, cooked to perfection. Chose this restaurant due to fantastic reviews. I 'm currently on a restricted diet and couldn 't see anything obvious on the menu for me, but since the restrictions make food a bit boring for me anyway, I thought my family may as well enjoy something delicious, even if I couldn 't. I emailed in advance to double check they could accommodate me and there would be something I could eat and they were very positive and willing, informing me they cook everything to order so anything could be left off according to my needs. The person I had emailed came over specifically to take our food order and help me find something from the menu, made different suggestions to make it more interesting, and had even googled the name of the diet I 'm on and been out to buy vegan mayonnaise especially for me. They gave me extras of things I could have to make up for bits I couldn 't. When my food came, it was exquisitely cooked and managed to be really delicious, despite me not being allowed lots of the things you 'd normally use to add flavour! My husband and parents were absolutely delighted with their starters and mains and saying things like 'it was worth coming to Blackpool just so we could eat here ' (it 's about a 6hr drive for us). We were too full for dessert so I can 't comment on that but with friendly, helpful and accommodating staff, and freshly cooked delicious food, I 'd thoroughly recommend!!!"

"We are staying in the St Annes Beach Apartments and there is always a complimentary box of this bakery's cakes left in the apartment, so we thought we would go to their shop itself to buy some more as they are so delicious. We were greeted warmly by the assistant working in the shop who took time and trouble to explain the types and range of cakes they could provide. Cakes can also be ordered via their website and sent to other parts of the country if you're not local to the Blackpool area, or only on holiday for a short time there We ordered a box of cakes, and two other cakes in a bag. At just under £20 we thought this was very good value for money when you bear in mind the skills in making them, the quality of the ingredients, and and the presentation box included. I would strongly recommend Cake Tin Delights, and we will certainly continue to use them again."
