The Mermaid - Menu

First visit to the Mermaid Inn last night and we were very impressed. Great service, all the staff are very friendly and efficient. All the dishes we had were lovely. Tasty, well presented and generous portions. Would certainly recommend and visit again.

This is a charming countryside pub located on the outskirts of Wolverhampton. The food was excellent, and the establishment was clean and well-kept. The service was friendly, though a bit slow in providing feedback on potential improvements for the future. Overall, I would recommend this pub and would be happy to visit again.

This restaurant is absolutely stunning—it's even more beautiful than I expected. There’s plenty of parking available, and the menu offers a great variety of dishes. The building itself is quite impressive. The only minor suggestion I have is to ensure that the salad leaves are checked for freshness. Everything else was delicious!

Haven’t been in this pub for many years and found its been tastefully renovated smart but not too plasticky. Lovely friendly, helpful waitress too. As well as good cask beer (Landlord) we had excellent meals. I am delighted to report that my wife I both commented that this was literally the best pub food we’d had in years. Please note: it’s one thing to have one of the two meals to be outstanding but both meals, different dishes, were outstanding. Superb.

A fantastic pub, elegantly decorated with lovely tables. The service was excellent; we were welcomed with a smile, and the staff genuinely appeared to enjoy their roles. There were four of us dining, and we all selected different meals that arrived promptly. Each dish was beautifully presented, served piping hot, and tasted wonderful. For dessert, we tried the black wood chocolate flowerpot, which was a small masterpiece both in appearance and flavor. Overall, it was a wonderful night out, and we will definitely be returning soon.

I haven't been in the Mermaid for a while and decided to pop in for a drink and some food yesterday afternoon/ evening. It's a beautiful pub, and the food was amazing (I had the meat feast pizza, and it is the best pizza I've had in a very long while. . What made the experience even better for me though was the service received from the staff. They are friendly and look like they really enjoy working there, which makes a difference. Sorry I didn't get the flaming sambuca's in as promised, maybe next time as I'll definitely be visiting again. Thank you again for the wonderful experience.
