Birthday meal at The Mansion with family, had one of the Pods which was unexpected, but really good. Service was good and the meal itself was excellent.

Had lunch today with my two daughters. The setting is perfect and the staff helpful. I had quiche, chips and salad. Really lovely. My daughters had chicken and fishcake. Both delicious. Definitely worth a visit! Service: 5 Location: 5 Voir le carte

50 th Anniversary meal in a Pod, it was a lovely experience, delicious food , fillet steaks cooked perfectly. Harry our server , very knowledgeable friendly and attentive, he is an asset to your staff. Great evening, thanks. Service: 5 Location: 5

I had a fantastic breakfast at The Mansion yesterday. The menu had a great variety of options, and the food was excellent and beautifully presented. We received a warm welcome upon arrival and were shown to our table by a delightful young waiter named Harry, who was very attentive and personable. This was my second visit to The Mansion, and I’m sure it won’t be my last. I highly recommend it without hesitation.

My friends and I had a gorgeous meal on Saturday afternoon. Our annual autumnal meal was made so special in the lovely pods. The roast dinner was great, as was our waiter, Harry. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed including more blankets, an extra heater, he changed the lights on our pod and took a photo for us too. I stopped by The Mansion At Coldeast for coffee and cake with some friends on a Sunday morning. It was quite a surprise when we arrived, as this stunning building seems to emerge from nowhere. We settled into one of the elegantly decorated lounges and enjoyed delicious coffee and some truly amazing cakes. The bar staff who served us were all very friendly. Overall, we had a lovely time and I would definitely come back in the summer to enjoy a drink or two on their terrace!

We celebrated my brother’s birthday here with a Sunday lunch in one of the outside pods. we all ordered a starter, which were all excellent and a good sized portions . Then we had the set Sunday lunch Platter, as there were 8 of us we ordered extra roasted potatoes and 4 portions of cauliflower cheese. wow when the platter’s arrived it was extremely well presented and plenty of food. we certainly didn’t need the extra roasties or starters. we were offered boxes to take away our leftovers. we didn’t have room for pudding. overall a throughly enjoyable experience, no hesitation to recommend and will definitely be returning Food drinks: Wow food, drinks good as well

Very impressive building from the outside, but the inside does not replicate this. If offered room 205, request a different room immediately. One part of the room was a live building site. One window had no shutter or curtain to stop the morning light. Windows are single pane so noisy and drafty. The shower toilet is so small the door only half opens before it hits the sink! And the dining table looked like it was from a butcher's shop. Mishmash of cutlery, plates, glasses, etc. No washing up sponge supplied plus no tray to bake goods on in the oven. After one night we complained and got a marginally better room, but still not worth the £150 per night price tag probably worth half that at a... Voir le carte
