The Lounge At Park Hyatt Zurich

Love this lounge. Very relaxed and interesting to see all kind of different people. Great wine selection. Service always slow but this is zürich I guess

I always go back for the top service delicious food both big in portions and flavour. Love all the attention from your staff the always take care and make us feel special.

Me and my wife had a really great time in Park Hyatt Zurich also because de crew makes us feeling very well especially Fabienne. We already travel to many places but we never faced a treatment like her, so attention and pleased. Voir le carte

Guten tag Leider wurden wir am empfang von einer sehr unhöflichen Dame begrüsst (französisch akzent). Waren 1 nacht in der Juniorsuite des Hotels sehr schönes sauberes Zimmer. Chönes Hotel sehr schlechter unfreundlicher empfang mann fühlt sicht nicht willkommen.

I spent a couple of hours here on my way through Zurich. The Lounge is very comfortable, spacious and is a pleasant place to be. I had a great dessert and good tea. Service was excellent very professional, yet personable and friendly also. A great example of the Park Hyatt brand.

Ich war zum Tee in der Lounge verabredet. Schöne Weihnachtsatmosphäre. Sehr aufmerksame Bedienung. Die bestellte Teefreude war sehr lecker, aber so teuer wie anderswo ein 5-Gangabendessen (69 CHF pro Person). Da muss man aufpassen, dass man bei Erhalt der Rechnung sich nicht verschluckt. Der Tisch war nicht vorbereitet. Bei der Übergabe lagen noch Essensreste unter dem Tisch und die Tischplatten waren fleckig. Zum Glück waren wir einige Zeit vor unseren Geschäftspartnern da und das Personal hat die Mängel schnell behoben. Dennoch sollten solche Missgeschicke an einer Adresse wie dem Park Hyatt nicht passieren.

We enjoyed our stay. It is near the financial district and when we arrived on a Sunday it was like a ghost town. Monday everything was vibrant. Hotel room was very comfortable and the staff were uber friendly and helpful. Near by buildings are close so you may want to keep blinds closed if you don't want people to peer in. Doesn't bother me, I prefer natural light.

We went through some of the reviews from their guests and noticed some good ones on the accommodation and service levels but we also found a good number of bad reviews in these same areas. However, our complaint and dissatisfaction comes in from a completely different angle. As luxurious and plush and comfortable as all of their accommodations may appear, unfortunately Park Hyatt’s management has a dishonest way of meeting some of their financial obligations with vendors in acquiring and selling the luxury they display. And we have been unfortunate enough to find ourselves dealing with that end of their business operation. So the moral of our review is, trying to look good on someone else’s... Voir le carte
