"Good hotel, staff are friendly and helpful. The people next door was shouting at each other all night so I did not get a good nights rest. The worst thing is as we needed to leave early I really needed that sleep. Concerns about key as it was 1 key for our door that also opened a large glass door that made me concerned if other peoples keys could open our door as seems its a shared lock ?. My partner has chosen not to return so this will be reflected in my rating."

Had Carvery Boxing Day. It was very nice. Christmas was still with us, all the circumcisions etc. Staff very helpful. In all values for money. Happy New Year!

Bedroom was a bit dated but spacious, very comfortable beds , lovely shower. Sufficient for our needs. We did not have breakfast because there are enough coffee shops in the vicinity.

Rooms needed updating. First night strong smell of weed outside room. V thin walls heard every single phone bleep from next door. Tiniest TV in room. Food and drink in the bar was good.

Rooms and food was great, but noisy residents. Can't be helped as we did book over the bank holiday, however the 2 girls on desk was lovely and friendly. Breakfast in morning was a 5 star. Very clean

I was very surprised for such a nice day how empty the garden was and thought they may have bene a reflection upon the food. However, we had the Sunday roast and it was excellent. Served quickly and good sizes portions too, Will be visiting again.

fantastic place for the money, room was very clean and comfortable, there were tea and coffee accessories in the room. Bed was really nice to sleep very comfortable, food next door was excellent and the staff was brilliant and friendly, would recommend this place no problem.

A really nice hotel, with beautiful clean rooms, disabled access to all floors. The hotel is in a great location, with a good bar lounge serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Easy access to the city centre and numerous parking spaces and disabled parking spaces . Worth a visit.

Great hotel in good location, good parking with disabled parking. The hotel has a disabled lift with easy access to all floors. Our room was clean and has free hand pump soap and moisturizing toiletries. There is a good bar and lounge area. Breakfast, bar snacks and evening meals are served. Free WiFi is provided.

I am staying here at the moment. Originally booked for one night and had to change rooms today but not a problem. Both rooms are very spacious. I was expecting much smaller to be honest and very clean. Lovely to have tea and coffee making. Staff I have come in contact with have been helpful. Haven’t used bar or restaurant so cannot comment
