"we were last Friday for a family dinner. Unfortunately there was a series of current cuts in the opposite, which broke out most of the nearby companies, but somehow the highland continued to wear! eating was nice and served with good humor from the personal under very difficult conditions. we even got a bottle of wine when we were gone! highly recommended for eating, service and value, but light at ambiente."

We celebrated my mum 's 90th birthday it was perfect for her. Old fashioned service but fantastic food. She was particularly impressed with the birthday bell .

The food was of a good quality and well cooked and presented well staff and owner vert welcoming, but the noise from the surrounding dinners was unbearable this is due to the high ceiling and hard surface walls making sounds rebound around the room, a real shame because they have the everything else going for them. Unfortunately we will not be returning.
