Called on the off chance for food as we were passing, warm welcome by staff.. Food was lovely, we had Steak pie and Cumberland Sausage, all very fresh, hot and tasty will definitely call again soon.

Ordered Sunday lunch it came and was cold . The roast potatoes looked like boiled potatoes, sent it back and ordered off the light bites menu quiche and chips. The quiche was like warm, lady behind the bar was really apologetic. Voir le carte

We just had a great meal here. It's one of the nicest steaks I've had in a long time. Like others have said, the portions are good, and the price is good. I spoke to the Cook, and I had to put him right he was a chef with the food he just served. Thank you.

I’ve visited this restaurant with my family several times, primarily for dinner, and we’re always greeted with a warm smile. The food is delicious, particularly the build-your-own burgers, and my daughter absolutely loves the build-your-own pizzas. We definitely plan to return for more!

This is our weekly meal out since the new owners took over. The food is all cooked to a very good standard. We had cheeseboard quiche chips and lovely salad £9.95. (Really good value) Desserts raspberry and gin cheesecake strawberry and pruseco roulade both were beautiful. There is a vast menu with regular changing special board. Voir le carte

Lovely place with a great atmosphere! Came with my partner and two dogs, it’s very dog friendly and they even provide a small doggy menu which was a lovely touch, we got them both some chicken each, which came in a little dog bowl! We both got food, chicken curry and lasagna, both great portions and delicious! Friendly staff too!

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The staff greeted us with warmth and friendliness, and the food was excellent. During our stay at the Limestone Lodges nearby, we visited the pub on two separate nights. Each time, we enjoyed delicious drinks and meals, and despite the restaurant being busy, our food arrived quickly. The "Build a Burger" option is a fantastic idea and very reasonably priced. They even have a special menu for dogs!

The food was decent, but the service was a real letdown. We waited two hours for our order, and when they finally got to it, they informed us that they were out of burgers. They didn't ask how we wanted our steak cooked, and we were given a butter knife instead of a steak knife, making it difficult to cut. We also had to wait an additional ten minutes for them to cook the steak properly, and they didn't offer any sauces or even a complimentary drink to compensate for the long wait. It's a shame, as we were just passing through, and we won’t be returning. Voir le carte
