Went here with my family for Sunday lunch on my birthday. Really enjoyed. Lovely meal. Great family atmosphere and dog friendly

No advocato in meal as advertised. Stale lettuce. Tortellini rock hard. When lack of advocato mentioned, informed there wasn’t any. No recompense. Won’t return here.

Car parking process improved and easier to use, just remember to register your vehicle details inside as you enter. Took advantage of lunchtime special, good value cod chips. Barman exceptionally helpful, ended up with free pint of Madri by installing app. Very helpful staff, will call in for lunch again.

The staff were very welcoming, and the service was excellent. However, the food definitely needs some improvement. The Sausage and mash dish I ordered was quite unusual and unlike anything I have ever seen before. We felt warmly welcomed at the Gower Inn today! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and exactly what you would expect from a chain pub/restaurant. Booking online was simple, and they quickly responded to my question about a dog-friendly table. It was the perfect way to finish a long walk on the Gower.

Valentines Dinner Ruined! Run by young people who haven't the slightest idea what customer service or hospitality means. Ordered a dinner pie for my husband, and a classic chicken burger for myself. His pie pastry was so tough he could hardly cut it, and the carrots were like rubber. They brought me the wrong burger. They brought the smothered chicken burger. I sent it back to get the correct item. Then they brought a grilled chicken sandwich. When I showed them that the chicken burger was grilled instead of breaded, they said that is what the classic chicken burger is. Menu doesn't say this. They refused to make my meal right. Lovely pub that we visit often over the summer while down in the Gower.. today November 8th) I had a letter though the door from a debt recovery company demanding I pay a £160 fine for when we called into this pub on July 24th for 20 minutes. Even though we followed all parking instructions and registered our car while visiting. After calling the company I was told it’s to late to appeal my parking charge and must pay the full amount. Even though this is the first I have heard of it. I paid by card and have evidence of our visit. But a simple NO was the answer.
