Disappointed with the meal, we felt it was not as good as we remembered. Will not be going back anytime soon. Service was good

Our Waitress was hopeless, but the order was correct and the food was very nice. Was clean, inviting and we were not hurried at all.

Very Poor food, will not be returning! Crispy duck so dry and been re cooked several times. Other items were very poor! portions small and no flavour.

Awful restaurant. Really overpriced, miniscule portions and the food is not very tasty. The dish I ordered was too salty. My partner ordered a sizzling Cantonese steak and received a narrow plate full of onions with 7 small pieces of diced beef on it. AVOID!

Quality ingredients are used in their extensive menu. I Love the appetizers not typical of many UK Chinese menus, Stir fry chicken to wrap in lettuce leaves has become a favourite, very light and the texture is amazing. Not what you expect from the description. Adding the fried vegetables to your order is a good idea, as many dishes do not contain veg, plenty to share. Possibly the worst Chinese I ever had. Do not order the crispy duck. It’s certainly not crispy and if ever had been a duck it was a long time ago. Served extremely dry and ready shredded. Lemon chicken was almost inedible as it was so sweet. Sizzling beef was average so became the highlight of the meal. Wine list is way out of date and they try and pass off equivalents at same price. Minimum $15 per person charge for food, even if you order expensive wine. Just a bad night.

First time there the food was nice and unusual however, portions very small for the high prices. Second time, not great experience with the food, nothing I ordered was very nice, portions even smaller than the fist time, all food was very greasy and bland and the ribs were particularly dry and burnt. Perhaps we were unlucky that day with the food and with our options, we’ll have to have another go again to see but this time overall, food wasn’t very nice, portions very small and overpriced. Service is good, the Gentleman that runs the restaurant is a Gem and goes above and beyond with everything. The young lady that works there, is rather unfriendly and rude.

I read the mixed reviews and took a gamble but it did not pay off. I bought the spring rolls (starter) , satay chicken and singapore chow mein as a take away. When it arrived I honestly thought from the weight somethings missing. When I got back to eat my meal I discovered half filled small container with chow mein, 6 tiny pieces of chicken with a dribble of satay sauce. The chicken was overcooked and was stuck onto the skewer. The starter (spring rolls) was approx thumb size and had no filling only pastry. I hardly ever leave poor feedback however at nearly £22 this was a complete rip off. There were only 2 people in the restaurant which says a lot !!! My advice is clearly to go elsewhere!!
