"Incredibly good, last day before lockdown, all the health and safety measures were taken and delivered by staff as it should be, locals as always, really friendly and chatting to us, staff polite and friendly, you really can't ask for more than this when you going to a small local village pub what is well refurbished nice and cosy. Thanks for made us feel welcome in your place. It's not easy when English is not your first language, but people make you feel like you're at home. Guys waiting to see you soon, and thanks for everything."

Lovely pub and very friendly staff. Food was tasty and nicely presented. Friends who were visiting from the south coast thoroughly enjoyed the whole atmosphere. What a fantastic find via TripAdvisor. Only two villages away, this little treasure benefits from two individuals committed to making this business a success and only serves freshly prepared and cooked food. Offering a Spanish twist to the menu ,(the landlord and landlady being Spanish themselves), your guaranteed a variety of both English and Mediterranean specialities all at reasonable prices. Will definitely be returning.

Went today. This is a dog friendly pub. The staff were friendly. The food was really good, I can only speak for myself, I had a chorizo beef burger with sweet potato fries. It was excellent! I'm not just saying that. Thought the funny face in the dips in the burger was a funny touch, made us laugh. We all really enjoyed our meals, sat in the main bar area, which has a lovely character to it. First visit, but will recommend return. Thank you.
