Beautiful setting in the countryside. I enjoyed afternoon tea here, and the food was delightful. The staff were also very friendly. Overall, I would rate the service a 5 and the location a 5.

Lovely place. Attended wedding ceremony in the barn. Food was excellent. Staff were very good, willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Spent the night in one of the double rooms. Warm and cosy on what was a cold evening. Bed was very comfortable. Full English in the morning, with views out over their wonderful gardens. I went for afternoon tea and enjoyed a delightful selection of treats, including gluten-free and vegetarian options. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. However, I deducted one star because a 12.5% service charge and a charity donation were automatically added to the bill, and I would have preferred to choose whether to include these at the time of payment. I'm just over two weeks from the end of my almost 3 month stay at the Farmhouse. Special thanks to Sean the manager, Gemma and Laura who have looked after my breakfast needs but all the staff who have been beyond reproach. The Farmhouse represents all that is great about independant hotels in the UK. The day itself was incredibly special, running even better than we had hoped. It took us some time to come back to reality! Our guests had an unforgettable experience and were utterly impressed by the beautiful venue, stunning rooms, friendly staff, and delicious food. It was wonderful to have all our closest family and friends staying on-site with us, and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast together the following morning. Thank you, Redcoats, for giving us the best day of our lives. We will cherish these memories forever!

What a fantastic hotel!! Check in was seamless and pleasant. Room, though a little smaller than what I am used to, was charming, had everything I needed, and had been immaculately cleaned. A lovely modern bathroom with a heated floor wonderful. The restaurant here is a very high standard, with a varied menu, my starter and main course where cooked perfectly. Breakfast is cooked to order and again was high quality. Throughout my stay, all the staff where very professional, friendly and helpful, I will definitely be returning when in the area again.
