"We'll definitely give them another visit. We went on a Sunday evening pre-booked though we probably didn't need to. It was quite hard to get served, because the staff were so chilled they just left us to ourselves. The service itself was fine, though the food took a wee while to appear. It was just that whenever we wanted something like a drink, or to order food, we had to go looking for someone to tell. All quite odd. The food we had was excellent I had a burger, which was large, meaty and with good accompaniments. My wife had fishcake which she said was excellent. Both meals were fresh and piping hot tick! The beer I had was well kept and Lucy had a good glass of Cabernet Sauvignon. All at a reasonable price. We'll be back."

Dog-friendly bar area was full, with a lively atmosphere. Dining area was very pleasant and also had a good atmosphere. Service was pleasant and efficient but I don't like service charge being automatically added.

Haven’t been here for a long time but enjoyed a very good quality Sunday lunch. Service was quick and efficient . Only negative was the room we were seated in was cold so not very welcoming ; most people had their coats on inside ! I know gas prices have gone up but turn the heating up please ! Otherwise very good and will come back
