This was a very good place to eat for Indian foodGood size portions and very nice atmosphere.

The flavors were amazing. Quite simply the best Indian meal I have ever had. I would highly recommend

Having visited many Indian restaurants in Plymouth, I accidentally came across the Eastern Eye Indian Restaurant at Notte Street in Plymouth.

Great food, good portion sizes Service can be a bit slow at timesThe walls are covered with what looks like PG-rated scenes from the Kama Sutra.

Absolutely loved the Bombay potatoes and garlic naan with butter chicken. Food is good but my reason for star is rumours are going around in Plymouth that Abdul Kalam is not paying his taxes for Eastern eye. As a Devoted Muslim I can’t continue to dine here as it’s against my ethics and beliefs

I dined here with my family after it was recommended and I have to admit I wasn’t impressed. We found a pubic hair in our chicken curry and the glasses that were given to us for our water had lip marks on them. When I called the owner over Kalam he was really rude and said I must of put the hair in the curry so I could get a free one. I was shocked and we paid our bill and left the restaurant I couldn’t grasp how rude he was. On the way home I looked up the restaurant and saw that Plymouth council gave thethe Eastern Eye Food Hygiene Rating of (Improvement Necessary!!! And that was in January and from what I can see no improvements have been made. I’m flabbergasted as to why this place hasn’...
