"This venue is literally like entering a time warp. The architecture and design is like stepping back to the early 1970's and modernisation has been avoided over the years. The loos were spotlessly clean and door knobs reflect Caithness Glass output from yesteryear. All the staff were very helpful, positive and trying hard to accommodate foreign tourists with their lunch requirements. Sandwiches were freshly prepared and well filled. Steak Pie appears very popular and this venue attracts mainly passing tourists. Saw little evidence of indigenous Scots eating lunch. We enjoyed our lunch and free car parking in a large car park outside was a big draw over the town centre. Management was active and we will return. Coffee is also recommended."

I had a delicious gluten-free steak pie with mashed potatoes. The vegetables were incredibly fresh, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. My husband also enjoyed his lunch, opting for the regular steak pie with chips. Voir le carte

Popped in at 11.30 on a quiet Monday. Fancied a bacon roll i could smell the bacon). Nope, couldn’t get one breakfast stopped at 11.30. Absolutely ridiculous. In this day and age surely we should treat customers a bit better

A remarkably good restaurant for such a type of place. Menu changes with the season, but is always fresh. I had the steak and haggis pie a lovely puff pastry pocket with a layer of haggis and large chunks of succulent beef in a wonderful gravy. Unfortunately, the veg were totally tasteless, but I’ll forgive them that for the excellent quality of the pie. Coffee was also good.

We stumbled upon Drovers near Crieff, Scotland and were pleasantly surprised. It was a peaceful spot where our family could relax and chat about our family history. The food was a hit with everyone, from the delicious steak pie and steaks to the mouthwatering hamburgers and Mac and cheese. The service was exceptional - friendly and welcoming. We would love to return to Drovers again. Voir le carte

Came here with my mum when we were visiting the Caithness Glass Factory and just made it in time for the 11.30 curfew for the breakfast. You can choose from a small, medium or large and you choose what you want in it. Also do haggis which is not available everywhere and just completes a cooked breakfast in my opinion. A bit dearer than our usual breakfasts in Lanarkshire but thoroughly enjoyed it. Nice and clean with plenty on offer and a fast and friendly service.

We have visited Crieff regularly and this is the first time we have eaten here. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. This restaurant offers a true Scottish Breakfast which is a rareity in many Scottish towns. Food was great and served promptly. Only niggle was the quality of the link sausage! Will definitely return here for the full 10 piece breakfast. My wife and son both enjoyed the 5 piece Scottish breakfasts. Afterwards we browsed the Crieff Visitors centre then Caithness Glass next door

"We visited to see the Beatrix Potter Exhibition with family who were visiting and spent a lovely hour going around the exhibition, however our nice time was rudely interrupted by the elderly lady working in the cafe with dyed black curly hair. We have one child with serious allergies, so instead of one child feeling left out and risking cross exposure, we packed safe snacks for all the kids going anywhere with allergies is an absolute nightmare, so we always do this. Most places are trained and appreciative of how hard it is to eat out with allergens and happy to make reasonable adjustments for this. All four adults ate from the cafe. When part of our order was delivered, we were told “this isn’t a picnic area, you can’t eat your own food, you wouldn’t take food in to McDonald’s” (whilst looking at the 2 year old eating her snacks) when I responded yes I actually would, we have a child with allergies, she asked if it was serious allergies to which I said yes and she scoffed and left, no apology, nothing. I must add that whether the children would be eating or not, they would still have to sit at the table and take up the same amount of space. Would the children also be prevented from sitting because they didn’t buy from the cafe? Still waiting on my food order twenty minutes later and having already finished my coffee and frustrated at the wait, I asked for a refund as we now felt hurried to leave because of how upset she was at the children eating snacks at the table without purchasing them in their cafe. I got the refund for my missing meal and we left without going to the shop or seeing the other art, it has left a bad taste in my mouth. We spent just shy of £100 in the place and to be spoken to like that was horrible. The elderly employee with dyed black hair really needs some training on customer service and manners. The way she looked at us as we left was awful, we will not be returning. This place is not welcoming of children or those with allergies I dread to think how they would react to someone who is tube fed, probably told to eat outside just avoid."
