excellent facility for steak and seafood. had to start the fish plate, and for net fillet and t-bone. definitiw a hidden gem and large portions.

Overall experience were very good. Food was good and so was the staff. And they were able to accommodate us (a rather big group unexpectedly). So only complain was that it took some time to give us coffee at the end of our meal.

Really liked the food the mixed grill was great and good portions. Service was friendly if ever so slightly slow but saying that, it was a rather busy Saturday afternoon. Fairly pricey but all round good quality. Lots of space in the parking round back.

However, I was disappointed today after a lunch following a 7km run with my dogs (each way). We were not allowed inside, not even in the bar area. This is quite surprising for a country pub that should be welcoming to locals! Regardless, the food was fantastic as usual, although we had to eat in the garden.

Came here for lunch earlier today. Warm welcome and delicious, well presented food. Only small thing was that my Chicken escalope was brought to me without the fries but when I addressed this, the waitress soon rectified this. The service was top class and the ambience was lovely. I’ve just written a review for the Cottesmore Hotel where we were staying and have also recommended that guests pay The Dragon pub a visit! Thank you for a wonderful lunch!

One of my all-time favorite local pubs! The food at The Dragon is consistently fantastic and of the highest quality. Throughout my pregnancy, I've been quite particular about what I eat, but the chef graciously prepared sausage and mash for me, which I had been craving ever since it was removed from the menu during the COVID pandemic. I was so grateful for their willingness to accommodate my request; it was no trouble for them at all. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who enjoys great meat dishes and an excellent dining atmosphere.

I enjoyed a lovely early dinner here before heading to the theater in Horsham. I've been coming to this restaurant for several years, and I'm pleased to say that the quality remains excellent. The menu features a wide variety of specialties, and I opted for the pan-fried hake while my friend chose the duck à l'Orange. Both dishes were beautifully presented and delicious. They also offer an extensive wine list and a selection of good ales on tap. The atmosphere is very relaxed, and the service was friendly. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience.
