"The seating area we chose had a beautiful view overlooking the pond. The chairs were comfortable. However, the staff seemed to be very short-staffed, with only two employees on duty. They were overwhelmed by a large group of school children and other customers, making it difficult for them to keep up. We had trouble finding the bottle of wine we ordered, and the portion sizes seemed smaller than expected. The server did his best, but it was clear he was busy. I even had to go find someone to order coffee and request the bill."

Towards that we sat was nice to look over the pond. the chairs were comfortable. very short staff seems to be only 2 and then they were overcrowded with school children/people, which meant that they could not decouple. could find bottle wein we ordered and portion sizes seemed a bit small. the type that served us tried his best, but you could see that he was busy, I even had to go and find them to get a coffee and get our bill.

We used the downstairs room for a private function after my sons christening. I can not speak highly enough of the staff, venue and food. Nothing was too much trouble and the day went without a hitch. The food was amazing and the staff were excellent from putting up my decorations for me to offering the guests food to take away so it wouldn't get wasted. If you are thinking about using this venue then do it, you won't be disappointed.
