Excellent food and drinks, lovely staff. Steak burger was excellent and full of flavour, best sweet potato chips ever! Everything fresh and well cooked.

Amazing French toast I recommend I came here because we can’t celebrate Mother’s Day tomorrow so we came here to celebrate to it’s a really good place with music and good service

Fantastic experience. The staff were really friendly and the food and coffee was excellent. We had sausage and bacon sandwiches and the bread was really fresh. We arexalso very particular about our lattes. They were hot nd nit too strong. When we visit Sandbach we always go there.

I love this café! The owners are a brother and sister team, foodies and passionate about locally sourced ingredients. They have skilfully put together an interesting and delicious brunch and lunch menu, with updates to keep you coming back to try alternative, new dishes. The coffee and cake are excellent, and service is second-to-none. I love visiting and happy to support this enterprising and talented couple, and their team.

The interior of the restaurant is much nicer than its exterior would suggest. The menu offers a variety of imaginative dishes, and the service, while mostly efficient and friendly, could use some improvement. The shakshuka was delicious, but the egg was overcooked with the yolk completely set. Unfortunately, one item on our order was forgotten and arrived late without any explanation or apology. Despite these issues, I would still rate this restaurant a good 4 out of 5 and recommend it to others. Voir le carte

I'm not local, came across this lovely, unique looking cafe. Seemed very busy which is a great sign. Waitresses were lovely and provided top service. I ordered a burger, it was half an hour wait (which is normal, totally worth it). No wonder you have to wait because the chef obviously cooked from scratch... to perfection with great care. Was the best burger I've ever eaten, no joke. The meat itself tasted of high quality, melt in your mouth. I was stuffed and couldn't believe how reasonable the price was. Sweet potato fries made a lovely side, was stuffed all day. If you want top service, amazing quality/quantity and reasonable price... you must attend here! Definitely be returning to Sandba...

I recently visited this cafe and was seated in an unheated room upstairs that was very cold. Blankets were provided on the chairs for added warmth. We were informed that someone would come up to take our order, but after waiting for 15 minutes, no one appeared. It was only after we asked again that our order was eventually taken for 2 Chicken and Veg Soups, 1 Panini, and 3 Coffees. It took another 15 minutes for the coffees to arrive. When we inquired about the food, we were told that it was on its way. However, it was not until at least 10 minutes later that the food finally showed up. The soup was disappointingly thin, more like clear water with shredded cabbage and no sign of any chicken....

After meaning to try Café On The Square for some time, we finally made it for lunch during a long weekend visit from my elder daughter. She had the vegan Spanish-style mixed bean stew with kimchi, Mrs. B. had the tuna mayo with kimchi and I had the cured salmon cream cheese, both on open sourdough. I could quite easily have enjoyed any of the meals on our table. They were all fabulous, carefully prepared, fresh, tasty and very well presented. The wait staff are friendly and helpful, and the whole place has a wonderful warm welcoming vibe that’s obvious from the moment you walk in. The coffee is some of the best I’ve had in a café ever, and I really do appreciate having my black Americano fil... Voir le carte
