The Buntingford Coffee Shop

Called in for a sandwich and had delicious tuna and cucumber sandwich with good side salad. The manager was helpful and friendly as always.

Lovely staff. I'd taken my aged dad out and there was nothing on the menu he wanted, a young man organised an alternative. The coffee is excellent and the food was nice and hot.

A rather pretentious little coffee shop offering light lunches, coffee and cakes. Staff bit grumpy and paid very little attention to customers. Menu over priced for what you get.

Dad had mozzarella and tomato, and I had sweet chilli chicken which was very tasty and quite filling. Came in a lovely ciabatta type roll (can't remember what it was called) with a salad. Very reasonably priced. And delicious coffee too.

Outside table on the pavement was nice until a slight traffic jam led to too many fumes. It’s opposite a barber and an estate agent. My food was very good, service patchy (one young man rather off-hand and delivered coffee slopped in the saucer) but generally efficient. Order and pay at counter first, they bring it to you.

The portions were very generous and the delivery was fast. The fish was very well cooked, and the chips and mushy peas were delicious. However, both of us found the taste of the fish very underwhelming it needed more taste/flavour, just not enough or any salt, so didn't suit our taste buds, just found the fish very bland, so sadly, we will probably stick to our regular fish and chip shop in Ware as their fish generally has a lot more flavour for us personally.

Fantastic. Food is of highest quality, chip servings on the large side. I am local, within 5 miles. I got a flyer through the door, which prompted me to call and order, I was told that I should order online, which I was happy to do, unfortunately was not able to do so, as my address was not currently) covered by the websites options. On speaking with a member of staff, this issue was quickly rectified, so excellent service. Delivery time was absolutely excellent, very prompt... ...I didn't have to pay a delivery charge as there was no option for this at the online checkout, though I did reccommend that this would need to be updated on the website. We recently moved to the area and while larger than the village we came from, the high street is still fairly small compared to other places; so I was so happy to find we have a lovely little independent coffee shop nearby.It is tastefully decorated with the rustic charm that I particularly like, a sort of modern and country fusion if I’m correct. Reminds me a bit of Whole Foods...The staff have always been very friendly and welcoming when we’ve been there and on one occasion where my son didn’t like the unexpected fizz in a fresh apple juice product, they kindly let him replace it for free which I thought was a lovely thing to do.We haven’t had any meals there yet but we’ve had a few outing...
