"Disappointing experience and lack of transparency I recently went with a friend to play pool at this establishment, and unfortunately our experience was rather disappointing. It all started when the lady at the cash desk asked us for 20 CHF to play. We spent about an hour and a half playing and then walked over to her asking for change so we could use other machines. It was then that she informed us that we had to pay an additional 10 CHF, because we had exceeded the initial time of 60 minutes. I expressed my surprise by telling her that she could have warned us at the outset that the rate was 20 CHF for an hour. Her response puzzled me, as it simply stated that this information was displayed at the top of the screen for me to read. She then tells me that I just had to ask, which clearly doesn't make sense. I find it rather dishonest of him not to have warned us clearly at the beginning. As young teenagers we had come here to have a good time, but this woman managed to ruin our evening. His attitude and lack of transparency created an unpleasant atmosphere. I am sincerely disappointed with this experience and I certainly do not intend to return to this establishment in the future. I hope this review helps others to be more attentive to the rates and transparency of information provided by this establishment. As a customer, I think it's important to feel respected and knowledgeable when visiting a place of entertainment."

Da nebenan eine Baustelle rund um die Uhr und auch in der Nacht Lärm generiert und die Klima-Anlagen der Zimmer keine Funktion haben, erachte ich das als absolute Zumutung. Keine Erholung möglich!!!

The food was excellent. It was late on a Sunday evening, so was relatively quiet. The atmosphere is somewhat industrial; however, the pizza and pasta were both good quality and the focaccia was superb.

The bowling technology is good, but the service/management could be better. We were 5 and wanted to take a pizza by the meter after our bowling game but we were refused the order, unheard of. You had to order at least a meter and a half of pizza for 5 people. Which seemed absurd to us as we were with two little eaters. So we left with empty stomachs. The server explained to us that it was a rule coming from the management. I would simply say a shortfall of 80 francs Yet another company with enough money.
